With every order on skinandgloryuk.com totalling £40 or more you have the opportunity to select 2 complimentary face cream samples. Samples are limited, may change from time to time, and substitution may occur. Only one of each sample can be added per order. Please note that free samples are complimentary, and we are not obliged to offer them. We reserve the right to remove the option for free samples at any time.
Please note that we are unable to add samples retrospectively once the order has been submitted.
Due to the limited nature of our complimentary samples, we regret that we are unable to re-ship samples if they arrive damaged, if you receive a substitute, or if one is missing from your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. At Skin and Glory we try our very best to ensure that you are happy with the personal care products you receive from us. If your product arrives damaged or faulty we may ask for photographic evidence as part of our refunds process.
All our products are freshly handmade to order, as such we do not offer refunds due to customers no longer wanting their product(s) without there being a fault with the item(s). But in the event you receive an incorrect order we will ensure to put this right. Please contact our Customer Care team on info@skinandglory.co.uk.
We pride ourselves on choosing and combining ingredients that work in synergy to give you superb results. However if for any reason you are not unhappy with a product(s) please do contact us within 60 days of purchase and we will ensure to give you a full refund excluding delivery charges.
