At Skin and Glory we try our very best to ensure that you are happy with the personal care products you receive from us. If your product arrives damaged or faulty we may ask for photographic evidence as part of our refunds process.
All our products are freshly handmade to order, as such we do not offer refunds due to customers no longer wanting their product(s) without there being a fault with the item(s). But in the event you receive an incorrect order we will ensure to put this right. Please contact our Customer Care team on info@skinandglory.co.uk.
We pride ourselves on choosing and combining ingredients that work in synergy to give you superb results. However if for any reason you are not unhappy with a product(s) please do contact us within 60 days of purchase and we will ensure to give you a full refund excluding delivery charges.

Yes! We’re proud to say we do everything by the book. Each and every product has passed Cosmetic Product Safety Assessment by a qualified Cosmetic Chemist, and also uploaded to the Cosmetic Product Notification Portal. Both of which are legal requirements when selling cosmetic products.
No, Skin and Glory have never tested on animals at any stage of product development and never will. We also do not contract with any third parties to conduct animal testing on our behalf. We are committed to the global adoption of alternative safety testing methods and the elimination of animal testing on cosmetics worldwide.
While Skin and Glory’s products are not all 100% vegan, and never have been certified vegan, our goal is to use non-animal derived ingredients whenever possible. Since our ingredients are sourced from diverse resources, we cannot claim that any of our products are vegan. To ensure complete transparency and honest communication to our customers, we cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be free of animal-derived ingredients in the event we have to use a raw ingredient from a different manufacturer or source.
Sourcing ingredients from multiple places allows us to make sure we have our products in stock as much as possible (such as in the event of a raw ingredient shortage). It is our hope that in the future, as technology advances, we can assure all customer that all of our formulas are completely free of animal derived ingredients. That said, Skin and Glory never tests on animals and always formulates our products with as few animal-derived ingredients as possible. Product Development also continually looks for opportunities to change our formulas to remove animal-derived ingredients whenever possible.
